MTNA at Disneyworld

The 2018 Music Teacher's National Association National Conference was fantastic this year!  The conference was held this year in Orlando and was a wonderful time to network and reconnect with friends across the country. My two sons and parents came with me to Disney and they enjoyed several extra days at the parks!

In January, I started taking a jazz piano class online with Bradley Sowash. It was great to meet my fellow classmates in person, Bonnie and Lynette!

My first trip to Disney World and I've lived in Florida for 15 years!

Catching up with one of my former piano students, who is working on her Bachelor Degree at the University of Central Florida was the "cherry on top" for me! I am so proud of you, Samantha Kummer!

What an absolute delight to see composer and pianist, Carolyn Setliff! I've know her from when I was a member of the Arkansas State Music Teacher's Association. Her music is often used for the annual Pensacola Music Teacher's Association Sonata Contest.
